Key Responsibilities Design Execution Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for digital projects. Ensure solutions align with user needs, responsive design standards, and business objectives. Work closely with developers for handoff and implementation. Research & Strategy Conduct desk research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions. Participate in team brainstorming to shape new features or product strategies Communication Present and articulate design concepts to teams and stakeholders. Collaborate with product managers and developers to refine requirements. Ownership Maintain consistency across all designs while following brand guidelines. Involve usability testing where necessary. Collaboration Act as a liaison between design and other departments. Use data-driven insights alongside design concepts to inform decision-making. Requirements Experience 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Product Design, UX, or UI roles, with a focus on digital projects. Portfolio Strong portfolio demonstrating intuitive interface and user-centered design work. Skills Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools. Understanding of responsive design principles. Familiarity with front-end development HTML/CSS is a plus, not mandatory. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong ability to collaborate across disciplines and influence stakeholders. Attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
