Job Description

As the EHS - Sr. Engineer at Sansera Engineering, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, as well as maintaining compliance with all environmental regulations. You will work closely to develop and implement EHS programs, policies, and procedures to create a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS programs and policies to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on EHS issues and concerns.
- Assist in investigating incidents, accidents, and near misses to identify root causes and develop preventative measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
- Monitor and analyze EHS performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay current on EHS regulations and industry best practices to proactively identify and address emerging issues.
- ESG requirments monitoring & implementation

10 EOHS MRM

Required

- Post Diploma in Industrial Safety along with Diploma Mechanical or Automobile.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal EHS regulations and industry standards.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
