Job Description Description We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the role of Telesales Officer. This position is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to kickstart their career in sales and customer service. As a Telesales Officer, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns from customers promptly. - Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into sales. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance. Skills and Qualifications - Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages. - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales effectively. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection with a positive attitude. - Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
