Role Introduction- As a Public Relations and Media Executive you will play an important role in supporting the development and execution of PR strategies that boost brand visibility and reputation for our clients You will work alongside senior PR professionals to build relationships with media outlets create compelling content and manage day-to-day PR activities - Your efforts will help ensure our clients get the attention they deserve in top-tier publications and across various media channels - This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working in the fast-paced world of PR building media relationships and writing stories that get noticed Key Responsibilities - Build and nurture relationships with journalists bloggers and influencers to secure media coverage for clients across digital print and broadcast outlets - Write press releases media kits pitches and other PR materials that effectively and engagingly communicate client messages - Assist in the execution of PR campaigns ensuring they are aligned with client goals and contribute to brand awareness and reputation - Track media coverage monitor industry trends and provide clients with regular reports on PR campaign performance - Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients providing updates on media coverage and campaign progress - Help organize and promote events like product launches press conferences and media briefings to enhance brand visibility - Collaborate with internal teams to create content that aligns with public relations goals including social media posts and blogs - Conduct research on industry trends media opportunities and competitive PR strategies to inform client strategies Requirements- 4 in public relations media relations or communications ideally in an agency or B2B environment - A Bachelor s degree in Public Relations Communications Journalism or a related field - Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling press materials and stories that capture attention - A foundational understanding of how to build relationships with journalists and media outlets and secure media placements - Ability to think creatively about PR strategies and find new innovative ways to promote client brands - Strong attention to detail in both writing and executing PR campaigns to ensure accuracy and consistency across all materials - Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously - Ability to assess the effectiveness of PR campaigns through media coverage social media engagement and client feedback - A customer-centric approach with a keen ability to understand client needs and deliver creative impactful PR solutions - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing creative and content departments Job Types Contractual FreelanceContract length 3-6 monthsPay - 300 00 - 350 00 per hourExpected hours 10 - 15 per week ref updazz com
