FIG Living – Operations Executive (Full-time, On-site) Location: Noida About FIG Living FIG Living (Functionality Inspired Goods) is a design-led, direct-to-consumer brand creating globally recognized lighting and home décor products. With storytelling at its core, FIG Living brings functional, poetic, and expressive designs to homes across India and beyond Role Purpose Drive FIG Living’s B2B pipeline in Hospitality, Real Estate, Corporate Gifting, and A&D firms—build target lists, reach decision-makers, book meetings, qualify opportunities, and hand off Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to close. Key Responsibilities (KRAs = Key Result Areas) 1. Prospecting & Research – Build account/contact lists against the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). 2. Outbound & Sequencing – Run email/WhatsApp/call sequences, manage follow-ups, and keep inbox hygiene tight. 3. Qualification – Run discovery, score leads, and convert to SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads). 4. Handover – Create clean handover packs with notes, next steps, and artifacts for Sales. 5. Reporting – Maintain dashboards; own weekly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Tools Google Sheets/CRM, WhatsApp Business, email client, basic LinkedIn for research, calling tool. Must-haves - 0–2 years in sales/BDR/inside sales or strong campus projects, crisp written comms, persistence, data hygiene. - Good-to-haves - Hospitality/design ecosystem exposure, basic Excel, comfort with scripts & objection handling. Growth path (12–18 months) Business Development Executive → Business Development Associate → Account Executive (closer) or Partnerships Manager.
