Overview

The Senior IT Human Resources Generalist plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and human capital management within an organization. Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organizations objectives and comply with legal standards.
- Advise management on employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary measures.
- Coordinate training and professional development programs to enhance employee skill sets and career growth.
- Conduct performance management processes, including setting goals, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Maintain and manage HRIS, ensuring accurate employee data processing, updates, and reporting.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
- Assist in compensation and benefits administration, ensuring equitable and competitive offerings.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance across HR policies.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires in IT-related roles.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to inform strategic decision-making and enhance workforce planning.
- Collaborate with leadership to create a positive team environment, focused on productivity and morale.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to inform retention strategies.
- Support special HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Enhance communication channels between management and employees regarding policies, practices, and benefits.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in HR roles within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
- Experience with Zoho.
- Knowledge of IT industry-specific trends and best practices.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience in employee training and development program design.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for HR metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are preferred.
