About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Quality Head to lead and enhance our quality assurance framework in the electrical industry, specifically in wiring harness systems. This is a long-term, strategic leadership role suited for professionals who bring not only technical expertise but also a forward-looking, growth-oriented and systematic mindset.
As the Quality Head, you will oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of our quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements, especially within Tier-1 automobile and electronics segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate on obtaining and maintaining IQC (Incoming Quality Checks).
- Ensure the validity and execution of the process on the assembly line.
- Audit machinery and engineering while maintaining checks for deterioration, faults and required repairs.
- Audit and maintain production records.
- Ensure quality checks for R&D dispatches.
- Maintain and conduct Pre-Dispatch Inspection for client deliveries.
- Act as an inspector and auditor of workflows in the workplace.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in quality roles within the wiring harness, Tier-1 automobile, or electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards, tools, and methodologies.
- Goal-oriented with a strategic vision and a continuous learning approach.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
