Job Description Ghrs Training is looking for a Senior Process Specialist to join our customer operations team. If you have experience in customer handling and are ready to take on a role with increased responsibility, we encourage you to apply Key Responsibilities: - Handle complex customer inquiries and issues, providing advanced support and resolution. - Act as an escalation point for junior team members, guiding them through challenging customer interactions and process complexities. - Analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify trends and suggest process improvements. - Ensure adherence to quality standards and operational procedures in all customer interactions. - Contribute to training and mentoring new team members on best practices in customer handling. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive and effective communication. About You: - You have 1-3 years of experience in customer handling. - You are a Graduate from any discipline. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach. - You are adept at problem-solving and can navigate complex customer scenarios effectively. - You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
