Lead Consultant

- 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PM implementation and support. Lead end-to-end implementation and support of the SAP Plant Maintenance module.
- At least 4 full lifecycle SAP PM implementations in a lead role.
- Strong understanding of SAP PM master data, work orders, notifications, task lists, maintenance plans, and reporting.
- Experience in SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, design functional specifications and system configuration.
- Oversee and participate in blueprinting, design, testing, training, and go-live support phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., MM, PP, FI, CO, EAM) to ensure seamless integration.
- Develop and maintain system documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and user training materials.
- Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting support during implementation and post-go-live phases.
- Conduct user training sessions and workshops to ensure system adoption.
- Act as a mentor to junior SAP consultants and support team members.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to optimize business processes using SAP PM.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
