The adventure begins right here, with you, at SITA. PURPOSE This role supports the product team in implementing the product strategy and roadmap. The individual will develop specialist product knowledge and act as a product liaison between various stakeholders including product managers service management sales and development teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Product Strategy & Long & Short 2. Term Roadmap 3. Product Management Best Practices 4. Product Lifecycle Management? Stakeholder Management 5. Service Management Strategy 6. Product Marketing Strategy and Pricing 7. Supplier Management 8. Business Performance Management including P&L and Customer Satisfaction Qualifications: EXPERIENCE 1. Experience: 5–7 years in mechanical design and development. 2. Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks. 3. Design Submissions: Ability to prepare layouts and 3D renders for customer approvals. 4. Conceptual Design: Skilled in creating conceptual 3D renders. 5. Prototype Development: Capable of guiding vendors in product prototype development. 6. Vendor Coordination: Effective coordination with vendors during design and manufacturing phases. 7. Site Coordination: Support site teams during installation phases. 8. Planning & Delivery: Ensure qualitative planning and timely delivery of drawings for approvals. 9. Added Advantage: Familiarity with BHS systems and experience using Revit software. 10. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. 11. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. 12. Manufacturing Knowledge: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes. EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS Business / Engineering / Science related qualification to at least Bachelor's Degree level typically. Other Degree level backgrounds considered.
