Job Description PE&A:Process Excellence & Automation Team - Retail Liabilities The Transformation-CXT department aims to drive high impact projects delivering process transformation and quality improvement across business functions. The team supports and augments the customer experience platform across the bank (Retail, corporate banking, ATM, Phone banking and Digital banking) by carrying out service quality review for all products and processes , driving improvement across all service processes (both from design as well as processing perspective) and handling escalations in all three lines of business (Retail / loans / Credit cards). AbouttheRole We are looking for resources who have worked in banking projects mainly in the retail liabilities space. The concerned resources will be responsible for implementation of large scale transformation projects in the retail liabilities function The person will work closely with the Retail liabilities DVP and other teams to manage their implementation Key Responsibilities: The candidate should be able to work Independently / as a team member and add value to ongoing projects & initiatives. Independently handling of Projects in collaboration with stakeholders (Ops / Risk / Compliance / Product / Business Channel etc) end to end from defining problem statement / opportunities till delivery of project. Work Closely with IT team to develop / revamp business processes in line with new technology initiatives. Preparing BRD, conducting UAT & updating regular progress of the project in hand in every stage Leverage design thinking principles to understand As is process and design To be process Qualifications: Optimal qualification for success on the job is: Candidate must be B.Tech / BE / MBA / MCA / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from a recognised college / university. 5+ years in Banking and retail banking branches Role Proficiencies: Skills/Abilities Good Communication skills Technical Skills Understanding of Basic tools - Testing / UAT / BRD Preparation Understanding of Regulatory norms & guidelines Data Mining / Analysis skill Time Management to ensure timely delivery of Projects.
