Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address needs and challenges. Key Responsibilities - Acquire new customers by converting referral leads generated through existing clients, NRI brokers, stock brokers, expats of shipping companies and overseas branches. - Work in close collaboration with the Branch Banking team to grow the NR business for the assigned geography - Provide financial solutions to the NRI customers while maintaining high service standards - Maintain complete customer profile including the risk profile, demographics and assets in the bank - Maintain relationships with the existing customers through mailers and phone calls and share insights on the fluctuations in interest rates, exchange rates and various product offerings - Enrich relationships and garner higher wallet share through customer engagement activities - Deepen the existing relationships by cross selling the Bank's products and services/ third party investment products - Review the inflows and outflows in the mapped NRI accounts and also proactively track NRI visits to India - Identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration - Achieve targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis - Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system - Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the Bank - Coach and be the Knowledge Lead for NR Business for Branch teams on the latest products and processes of the Bank - Conduct training for the Branch Team/ RMs on a regular basis - Regular interaction with central teams to help build a strong customer proposition - Work along with the Sales team and other channels to achieve targeted growth. - Strong Analytical, Presentation skills and MIS reporting are required & should be able to present to Senior Management the desk investment policies and strategies. - Strong analytical and interpretative skills, Integrity, Ability to establish trust, Self-driven, Team Player, Team Management, Networking Ability, Ability to work under time pressure and adhere to deadlines.
