The Opportunity: Marketing Associate
We&aposre seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to fuel ExamOnline&aposs high-growth initiatives. This hands-on, data-driven role is perfect for someone eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced EdTech environment by driving outbound lead generation, mastering CRM management, and executing effective campaigns.
What You&aposll Do
- Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Execute targeted cold calls and personalized email follow-ups to engage prospects.
- Manage email campaigns, analyze responses, and refine messaging strategies for optimal results.
- Research and enrich lead data to ensure high-quality outreach and effective segmentation.
- CRM & Funnel Management:
- Maintain the entire lead lifecycle withinZoho CRM(or similar tools), from initial entry to closure.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-ups through systemized workflows.
- Regularly update and cleanse the database to maintain pipeline accuracy.
- Campaign Support & Documentation:
- Assist in creating impactful client-facing materials, including PPTs, case studies, and brochures.
- Maintain thorough documentation for low-stakes assessment use cases, proposals, and solution decks.
- Support the coordination of outbound activities and various complementary marketing tasks.
What We&aposre Looking For
- Experience & Education:
- Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 Years of experience or a strong interest inB2B EdTech/SaaS environments.
- Hands-on experience withZoho CRM or similar CRM toolsis essential.
Skills & Attributes:
- Initiative & Ownership: Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment.
- Communication: Clear, professional, and compelling in both verbal and written outreach.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and meticulous documentation accuracy.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with CRM tools, email platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
