Job Title: Performance Marketing Associate

Location: Andheri (W), Mumbai

Type: Full-time | Onsite Position

About the Role

Were looking for a driven and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Associate to join our team in Mumbai. This role is focused on managing performance campaigns for a key client across the real estate, education, and FMCG sectors. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing Meta and Google Ads with a strong understanding of lead generation and conversion strategies for high-value products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage high-impact performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, focused on driving leads and conversions.
- Work closely with the client to understand their business goals, target audience, and brand identity, and translate that into actionable campaign strategies.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify insights and trends within the Indian real estate and consumer sectors.
- Shape the brand messaging and positioning to ensure it resonates with the target market and stands out from the competition.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement regular optimizations to improve ROI and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including content, design, and analytics, to ensure timely delivery and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Stay up to date with emerging tools, trends, and best practices in digital marketing and apply them to client strategies.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced certifications in digital marketing or real estate marketing are a plus.
- 24 years of relevant experience in performance marketing and lead generation, preferably with exposure to the real estate or high-ticket B2C space.
- Strong command over Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms, including setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients and internal teams.
- Comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and an interest in testing new ideas and approaches.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai, with the ability to work onsite from our Andheri (W) office.
