Position Overview

We are looking for an Associate Creative Manager to join our team and lead the conceptualization and execution of high-quality, engaging, and visually stunning design work across digital platforms and offline touchpoints. This individual will play a key role in maintaining and evolving the My11Circle brand while collaborating across departments to deliver impactful user and marketing experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end creative development for My11Circle's marketing campaigns across digital and print channels.
- Translate campaign briefs into compelling visual stories, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence.
- Create and manage digital assets including banners, push notifications, in-app creatives, landing pages and other merchandise for IPL session.
- Partner with content strategists, copywriters, performance marketing teams, and product stakeholders to build performance-oriented designs.
- Collaborate with motion designers and video editors to create multimedia content for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and in-app promotions.
- Present concepts and ideas clearly to stakeholders with strategic reasoning.
- Mentor junior designers, ensuring quality output while fostering a culture of creativity and learning.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and competitive landscape in gaming and sports tech.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing creatives, or branding
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse work across digital platforms, campaigns, and product-driven experiences.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects); familiarity with prototyping tools like Figma is a plus.
- A solid understanding of design principles, user experience, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and storytelling skills with a strong aesthetic sense.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for sports, gaming, and/or digital entertainment is a big plus.
- Good knowledge of celebrity photoshoot direction and management is a plus.
