Our Company Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe s all about We give everyone from emerging artists to global brands everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences We re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images videos and apps and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen We re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization and we know the next big idea could be yours Marketing Manager - Adobe Express India DME Digital The opportunity In this role as part of APAC Marketing you ll be responsible for developing executing and optimizing the India DME Digital Adobe Express marketing strategy to meet the business s ambitious goals As a data-driven B2C digital marketer with a deep understanding of the India market you ll create breakthrough marketing ideas that inspire audiences encourage product adoption and build long-term value You re a customer-focused marketer who can deliver results in a fast-paced matrixed global organization What you ll do Formulate and deliver the marketing plan for India that drives awareness consideration and conversion for Adobe Express You will lead and implement marketing initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams from Media PR Social Lifecycle Marketing Adobe com You are also a strategic partner to the Product Marketing and Go-to-Market teams collaborating to deliver against annual strategies and business objectives Project management of marketing program launches including managing creative agencies while communicating details and timelines to cross-functional teams and business leads Manage marketing brand partnerships to deliver maximum impact for Adobe Drive marketing innovation and creativity This role requires you to champion your audience and actively apply audience insights and marketing analytics to deliver plans that achieve business targets and marketing metrics Manage forecasts and budgets for your marketing programs in connection to quarterly and annual plans Take accountability and report on marketing performance against defined metrics Play a key role in quarterly business and marketing reviews to senior team members defining the narrative for Express marketing in India What we re looking for Demonstrated track record of delivering significant business growth through digital marketing programs 12 years of progressive B2C digital marketing experience working on software technology brands with a deep understanding of digital marketing in India Generalist marketing skills demonstrating a talent for adapting quickly to changing strategy Solid experience with co-marketing brand partnerships Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills Clear communicator and able to communicate effectively with senior leadership Exceptional critical thinking with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies focused on outcomes Deep experience managing full-funnel campaigns including digital social media influencer marketing and transcreation of global campaigns for local markets Experience working with creative agencies to craft compelling messages that captivate audiences and offer them compelling solutions Customer-first approach Understand their needs and motivations to build outstanding experiences and successful customer journeys Balance creative excellence with strong business sense Excellent project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Skills to navigate a global matrix organization Relevant bachelor s degree required Knowledge of Adobe products highly desirable Fluent spoken and written English additional languages for India highly desirable Adobe is proud to be an employer We do not discriminate based on gender race or color ethnicity or national origin age disability religion sexual orientation gender identity or expression veteran status or any other applicable characteristics protected by law Adobe aims to make Adobe com accessible to any and all users If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation to navigate our website or complete the application process email or call 408 536-3015
