Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction within our retail environment This position requires strong leadership skills a passion for customer service and the ability to effectively manage daily operations in a grocery store setting Duties Oversee daily operations ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies Supervise staff providing guidance and support to enhance performance and productivity Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers and promote new items Utilize Point of Sale POS systems for transactions ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering Engage with customers to deliver exceptional service addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions Maintain merchandising standards by organizing product displays and ensuring stock availability Perform stocking duties replenishing inventory as needed to meet customer demand Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and retail math calculations Foster a bilingual environment when necessary to accommodate diverse customer needs Experience Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store operations is preferred Supervising experience is highly desirable demonstrating the ability to lead a team effectively Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and team members Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is required Experience in merchandising and product demonstrations will be considered an asset A background in customer service is crucial for success in this role Join us as we strive to create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers while fostering a positive work environment for our team Job Type Full-time Pay 26 43 - 31 83 per hour Work Location In person
