About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management within the staffing/recruitment industry. You will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment domain.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and client referrals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their hiring needs.
Pitch staffing solutions to potential clients and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of profiles as per client requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
Prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Maintain and update sales reports, client databases, and market intelligence.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development (preferably in the staffing/recruitment industry).
Strong understanding of staffing solutions, recruitment lifecycle, and HR services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and work under target-driven environments.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
