Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day production activities to meet output, quality, and safety targets - Monitor production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization - Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and store departments for smooth operations - Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety norms, and ISO standards - Analyze production issues and implement corrective & preventive actions - Optimize manpower utilization and machine efficiency - Maintain production records, reports, and documentation - Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of production processes and manufacturing systems - Understanding of machining, fabrication, assembly, and shop-floor practices - Ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs - Familiarity with quality tools and process improvement techniques - Good communication and team coordination skills - Basic computer skills (MS Excel, production reporting tools) Experience: - Freshers or candidates with 13 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment are preferred
