Centum’s unique microelectronics capability enables the development of lightweight, high reliability electronics for on-board applications.Centum is seeking a highly skilled and experiencedElectronics Hardware Managerto lead our hardware engineering team in the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge electronic products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics design, team leadership, and project management, with a passion for innovation and quality.Shall have 8 to 12 years of experience in mechanical design of electronic and RADAR systems. Shall be bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. Lead the mechanical design of complete RADAR systems and their sub-systems. Drive concept development, prototyping, validation, and transition to production. Design and develop gimbals, pedestals, and kinematic mechanisms for RADAR manoeuvrability. Oversee structural and thermal design, including high-wattage cooling systems and their validation. Manage the development and testing of radomes, actuators, and motor-integrated mechanisms. Perform tolerance stack-up analysis and ensure mechanical integrity across assemblies. Design and validate cable and harness routing and retention at the system level. Conduct system-level mechanical analysis and testing of RADAR systems and sub-systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electronics, systems, and manufacturing. Utilize CAD tools (preferably SolidWorks) for 3D modeling, and documentation
