Develop concept designs, detailed 3D CAD models,Engineering drawings & BOM's. Implement value engineering, light weight structural design & Modular configuration for assembly and service efficiency. Engineering Calculations & Validation: Conduct mechanical and structural engineering analysis, Bending shear, Axial, buckling, Fatigue and impact. Perform FEA validation for static, dynamic, nonlinear, vibration and wind load cases.
