About the Role:

Position: HR Intern Psychology Research Team
Organization: That Happiness Project
Duration: 4 Months
Working Hours: Flexible, approximately 34 hours/day
Type: Unpaid Internship (Remote)

Role Overview:

As an HR Intern in the Psychology Research Team, you will play a key role in recruitment, team engagement, and HR operations, while also contributing creatively to brainstorming sessions for workshops, articles, and other initiatives. This position offers valuable, hands-on experience in human resource management within a psychology-focused organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new interns.

Record & Performance Management: Maintain accurate attendance and performance records in compliance with THP policies.

Brainstorming & Collaboration: Lead and participate in structured brainstorming sessions for workshops, articles, and research-based activities. Oversee the facilitation process for workshops.

Employee Engagement: Support and organize initiatives to enhance intern experience and team morale.

HR Operations: Participate in daily huddles and HR meetings, providing updates and ensuring smooth execution of tasks.

Qualifications:

Background in Psychology or related field preferred.

Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Creativity and enthusiasm for mental health and research-based projects.

Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Learning Outcomes and Benefits:
