CES Technician

Job Description

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

Build, commission, install, operate & maintain standard solutions on customers sites (examples : Packaged Gases, Bulk or On site, Hydrogen/Biogas stations).

Key Responsiblities :

- BULK installations, PG installations & application - operation & Maintenance
- Zero breakdown
- Ensures that all CES bulk + PG gas installations + Application installations are operated and maintained in compliance with all governmental regulations and AL specifications (IMS) in a safe, reliable and efficient manner, preserving the environment. Ensures that the customer complaint process is effective.
- Statutory Compliances: 100% Follow up with customer / consultants for PESO site layout approvals , inspection and license endorsement.
- Project installations - IB & PG
- Support to CES engineers for timely execution of bulk installation /PG projects & application projects within the budget
- Inspection & site survey for new IB _ PG projects as per SMPV guidelines (PRI analysis & reporting, technical support to sales team
- Willingness to travel as per company requirements as & when required basis
- IMS Implementation & Documentations
- 100% implementations & recording
- Maintain quality & safety by close supervision of installation activities as per IMS/ HSE dept. Requirements.
- Supporting CES engineers for timely submissions of incident reports , active participation in RCA & implementation of action points
- Optimised idle asset utilisations
- Supporting CES engineers for Utilization of fixed assets in a cost effective manner by reducing/minimizing cash out for each projects by full utilization of existing idle assets
- Testing of bulk installation and certification.-Rule 18 & Rule 19 & Rule 33
- Testing of whole bulk installation as per SMPV rules.-1981 - LTC & TSV and timely renewals of licenses by coordinating with customers
- Timely Follow up- License Obtaining & its Renewals
- Maintaining customer relations
- Timely attending predictive & breakdown maintenances
- Timely attending and closing customer complaints
- Maintain customer relations to promote our business
- Adherence to Timeline

Are you a MATCH

- Education Qualification - ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation
- Experience - Min 2 years of exp in Oil and Gas Industry
- Good communication skills
- Energetic & Enthusiastic
- Thorough domain knowledge
- Must have experience on working on PLC
