Job Description Job Title: Vendor Onboarding Executive - Field Visit - Transport Sector Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh Experience Required: 2-5 years in field sales, vendor acquisition, or supply chain (transport sector preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Transport / Logistics / Supply Chain Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular field visits in industrial zones, transport hubs, and logistics parks to onboard new vendors.
• Identify potential vendors for long-term partnerships aligned with company requirements.
• Explain our company's benefits, payment terms, operations model, and onboard them to our system.
• Collect and verify vendor documentation visiting card and reference checks.
• Maintain a record of visits, contacts, and conversion status.
• Provide feedback from the field to management to improve processes and engagement. Key Requirements:
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in field sales/vendor onboarding/logistics.
• Ability to communicate with transporters, truck drivers, and local vendors effectively.
• Willingness to travel daily within the city and nearby areas.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets & smartphone usage. Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Male candidates preferred due to field-intensive nature.
• Experience in transport/logistics companies is a plus.
• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
