· Data - Migration, storage and management (real time and historical)

· Contact Centre Reporting and BI

· WFM process, Forecasting, Scheduling, Routing,

· Knowledge Management (KMS)

· Sentiment Analysis, Intent Management

· AI /Gen AI enabled Agent assist

· Routing, Queue, Process Optimisation
