About Our Client Our client is a Bespoke Luxury Travel Experience and Hospitality Company Job Description Business Development & Partnerships - Lead the sports experiences vertical, designing immersive offerings for the company. - Build and nurture alliances with brands, talent, and stakeholders in India and Internationally. - Collaborate internally to craft tailored, high-impact experiences. Client Management & Engagement - Introduce innovative experiential formats to elevate the company's sports portfolio. - Incorporate feedback to continuously improve offerings. Event Planning & Execution - Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of events, both on-ground and online. - Manage vendors, talent, logistics, and merchandise. - Ensure compliance with budgets, timelines, and internal processes. - Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to maximise engagement. The Successful Applicant Profile & Skills Required - Proven experience in events or experiential marketing, with high-value IPs. - Strong business development acumen with revenue ownership. - Exceptional client relationship and project management skills. - Leadership experience - Strategic thinker with P&L understanding and growth mindset. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
