Key Responsibilities - Technical: - Strong understanding of drawing standards, ability to execute instructions independently, coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs, and review/mark up drawings for junior team members. - Documentation & Process: - Knowledge of RIBA Stages, interdisciplinary coordination, consultant scopes, and industry standards. Ability to use approved documents and regulations to ensure compliance. - Project Administration: - Understand project requirements, support feasibility studies, estimate work hours, identify risks early, manage documentation, and assist seniors in ensuring compliance and project delivery. - Project Tools: - Advanced Revit skills (Autodesk certification preferred), model setup, clash detection, design options, parametric families, and keynoting. Basic knowledge of Navisworks, Dynamo, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe tools, and Enscape. - Architecture, Construction & Technology: - Ability to interpret and respond to client mark-ups, understand construction sequencing, materials, and building elements, and support seniors in technical development. Candidate Profile - Strong drawing comprehension and detailing capability. - Able to annotate, produce mark-ups, coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs, and flag discrepancies. - Good understanding of construction packages, buildability, and material research. - Able to mentor juniors through sketches and technical guidance.
