Aurangabad, India CRVB Constructions & Engineering Services Full time

We are looking for an Experienced Draftsman (Architect) with a minimum of 1 years of experience. Strong preference for someone with previous experience in Residential Construction and using AutoCAD. You will be based in our office in Aurangabad Maharashtra with modern facilities.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparing drawings from concept stage to construction stage
- Modeling ground surface from contour plans
- Preparing walkthroughs and fly-arounds (Preferred, not mandatory)
- Preparing basic rendering image
- Deciding floor levels, cutting, and filling needed
- Making internal elevation views
- Preparing roof drainage design to standards
- Creating brochure plans

**Qualification and Skill requirement**
- 1+ years of construction experience.
- Professional Degree (Architect or equivalent)
- AutoCAD mandatory. ArchiCAD or REVIT will be an added advantage
- Good command of English language communication (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of building methods and materials
- Must be a fast learner, a great team player, and a self-motivated individual.
- Should be detail-oriented and perform tasks with a high level of accuracy

Salary Range:

- 7000 to 12000
