We are looking for a motivated and results driven BDE/ Key Account Manager Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling a broad range of IT software and hardware products to new and existing customers. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for technology and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation s Prospecting - Customer Engagement - Sales Process Management - Product Knowledge - Reporting s Analysis - Customer Service - Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE) and/or Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), BBA is required. - Experience: Minimum of 6 months - 4 years of BDE/ Key account manager experience in the IT industry, specifically in software and hardware sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent negotiation and closing skills. - Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts. - Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite. - Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge: - Basic understanding of IT software and hardware products, including but not limited to servers, storage solutions, networking equipment, cybersecurity tools, and enterprise software. - Familiarity with cloud computing solutions, SaaS, and other emerging technologies.
