We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients.

Responsibilities

- Dispensing medications and advising on their safe use.
- Providing patient counseling on prescription and over-the-counter medications.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Monitoring patient health and progress to ensure effectiveness of medications.
- Maintaining accurate records of prescriptions and medication dispensed.
- Staying updated on new medications and treatment protocols.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid pharmacy registration with the state pharmacy council.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, toxicology, and pharmaceutical care.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing prescriptions and inventory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
