Technical Lead – Core Java & SQL (8+ Years | Product-Based Company | 35–45 LPA | Bangalore – Hybrid) We’re hiring for a Technical Lead role with a US-based enterprise software product company building world-class data connectivity and integration solutions used by Fortune 500 clients globally. The company develops cutting-edge platforms that enable organizations to connect, access, and integrate data across cloud, on-prem, and SaaS systems in real time. With engineering centers in the US, Japan, and India (Bangalore), this is a chance to join a high-impact product team solving complex global data challenges. Role Overview As a Technical Lead, you’ll drive the design and development of Java-based data connectivity frameworks and database integration layers. You’ll work closely with senior architects and global engineering teams to build and optimize data drivers and backend components that power enterprise-grade products. What You’ll Do - Lead development of Java-based frameworks and connectivity modules. - Design and optimize SQL query engines, schema mapping, and metadata handling. - Collaborate with global product teams on data driver development and integration. - Ensure high-performance, secure, and scalable implementations. - Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices. What We’re Looking For - 8 + years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in technical leadership. - Deep expertise in Java, SQL, and RDBMS internals. - Hands-on experience in data access layers, ODBC/JDBC frameworks, or API integrations. - Strong understanding of database performance tuning, query parsing, and schema design. - Exposure to cloud or container environments (AWS / Azure / Docker / Kubernetes) is a plus. - Product-based or data-integration background preferred. Location - Bangalore, India (Hybrid Model) – 3 days office / 2 days WFH.
