In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic business objectives. Responsibilities .Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document technical requirements related to P&C insurance operations. .Develop and optimize database procedures, functions, tables, views, and complex queries to improve performance and efficiency. .Conduct performance tuning to enhance system operations and streamline workflows. .Collaborate effectively using Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow for project tracking, documentation, and issue management. .Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting assistance to address any issues or anomalies encountered during system implementation. .Review code to ensure adherence to architectural standards, coding conventions, troubleshoot and security protocols. .Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to validate system functionality and performance. .Provide technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications .BE/ B Tech/ MCA Preferred Qualifications/ Skills .Awareness of critical concepts in Agile principles .Basic understanding of P&C insurance principles, systems, and data structures. .Proficiency in SQL for writing optimized queries, procedures, and functions. .Hands-on experience with performance tuning to maintain system efficiency. .Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow for effective project collaboration .Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently. .Ability to collaborate with business analysts and developers to ensure seamless integration of data solutions. .Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
