Education CA inter or qualified CA Location Chennai Experience - 4 to 6 yrs CA fresher Job description Roles And Responsibilities Overseeing all accounts ledgers verify invoices and bills of vendors and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements Consistently analyzing of financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner clearly communicate monthly quarterly and annual financial statements monitor progress changes and keep senior leadership abreast of the financial status Administering and reviewing all financial plans and comparing actual results with a view to identifying explaining and correcting variances as appropriate Collaborate with external and internal auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance Interacts at all levels and with budget owners or other stakeholders to produce timely efficient and accurate month-end close and all internal management and financial reporting through annual report Responsible for hierarchy and scalability in chart of accounts and accuracy in the general ledger and financial statements and review classification and booking of all transactions Analyze the effect of statutory accounting practices and studies regulations and guidance to ensure correct application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Prepare and review detailed journal entries and account analyses Assist with compilation of exprepantivo of tus returns Work with Audit Tax and Treasury Manager to ensure overall coordination of all financial accounting activities through annual report Prepare summary feedback of financial statements variances to budget Actively review and advise on financial accounting processes Strong knowledge of payroll protocols to process payroll account transactions e g salaries benefits deductions taxes and third-party payments Requirements and skills Experience working with tally prime 4 1 Zoho books Proficiency working with Excel MS suite of products and prepare MIS Reports Knowledge in PF ESI Gratuity TDS Insurance GST Filing Knowledge in Labour Laws statutory compliance Leadership and management skills and interpersonal skills Proven work experience as an Account Manager Assistant Account Manager or relevant role Demonstrable ability to communicate present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization including executive and C-level Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Solid experience coordinating audit activities and managing reporting budget development and analysis accounts payable and receivable general ledger payroll and accounting for investments If matching above criteria kindly share your profiles to stephen sajan cielhr com
