We are expanding our expert team and looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to drive excellence in our state-of-the-art HMC / VMC - CNC Machine Shop. If you are a master of CNC machining with a passion for precision and process optimization, we want to hear from you What You Will Do: As a Senior Engineer, you will be the technical cornerstone of our machining operations. Your mission will be to: - Lead & Innovate: Develop and optimize CNC programs for complex components on our advanced HMC & VMC machines. - Problem-Solve: Act as the go-to expert for troubleshooting challenging machining and quality issues. - Drive Efficiency: Champion initiatives for cycle time reduction, tooling optimization, and overall process improvement. - Mentor & Guide: Train and develop our team of talented operators and junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning. - Ensure Quality: Uphold the highest standards of precision by interpreting GD&T and utilizing advanced inspection tools. What We're Looking For: - Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in a precision CNC machine shop with HMC and VMC machines. - Technical Prowess: Expert-level knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc/ Mitsubishi Controls preferred), CAM software, and fixture design. - Quality Focus: Deep understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and precision metrology instruments (CMM, etc.). - Leadership Skills: Proven ability to mentor team members and collaborate effectively across departments. - Education: Diploma or Degree (BE/B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
