Job Description Job Description Required Skills & Experience - 46 years of experience with ServiceNow - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in CSM, ITSM, and HRSD modules - Strong understanding of workflows, cases, incidents, requests, SLAs, and knowledge management in ServiceNow - Proficiency in JSON authoring and structured data - Solid knowledge of SQL for data analysis and task validation - Ability to design realistic enterprise scenarios aligned with ServiceNow processes - Experience with AI model training workflows and preparation of structured training data - Strong prompt engineering skills for crafting effective instructions - Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail and logical structuring - Strong communication skills; customer-facing experience is a bonus Preferred Qualifications - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM) - Any one of the following: - CSM Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD Certified Implementation Specialist - Exposure to AI/ML workflows or training data preparation - Familiarity with Agile methodologies - Good knowledge of prompt engineering Skills: hrsd,agile methodologies,csm,workflow,data,slas,itsm,design,json,servicenow,data analysis,ai model,sql,prompt
