Job Title: ServiceNow CMDB Developer (Contract – Remote, U.S. Hours) Contract Duration: 6 Months Location: Remote (Must be available during U.S. business hours) Overview: We are seeking two experienced ServiceNow Developers to support a major CMDB development and refresh initiative. The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development along with a solid background in Asset Management and CMDB best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, enhance, and maintain CMDB components within the ServiceNow platform - Support data modeling, CI class creation, and CMDB structure improvements - Integrate asset and configuration data from various sources - Assist with CMDB cleanup, normalization, reconciliation, and data quality initiatives - Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions - Troubleshoot ServiceNow CMDB issues and support ongoing maintenance - Ensure alignment with ITIL and configuration management best practices Required Skills & Experience: - 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience - Strong background in Asset Management and CMDB administration - Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and CI lifecycle processes - Familiarity with scripting in ServiceNow (JavaScript, GlideScript) - Ability to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
