Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Vadodara. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining the features and benefits of our products, and answering any customer queries. The role includes scheduling appointments, handling customer complaints, and maintaining an accurate record of calls and customer interactions. The Telecaller will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service and handling customer queries
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of agricultural equipment is a plus
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining records
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is an advantage
- Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is preferred, proficiency in English is beneficial
