**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain IT products/services.
- Identify and generate qualified leads through effective communication.
- Maintain follow-ups with prospects and close sales.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Handle customer queries and build long-term relationships.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate call records.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
- At least 2 years of experience in **Sales/Telecalling** within an IT company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
**Salary & Benefits**:
- Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
