Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head - Recruitment to lead our recruitment team and drive talent acquisition strategies for a diverse range of industries, including overseas recruitment for Gulf countries. If you are passionate about sourcing top talent and managing recruitment campaigns, we invite you to join our team

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the recruitment team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies and campaigns to meet hiring needs.
- Source and attract candidates using job portals and other innovative platforms.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Utilize Excel (basic to advanced skills) for data analysis and reporting.
- Leverage experience in overseas recruitment for Gulf countries to identify and acquire top international talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure the timely delivery of quality hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in recruitment leadership roles.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools such as job portals and LinkedIn.
- Strong Excel skills (basic to advanced).
- Prior experience in overseas recruitment, especially for Gulf countries, is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive and strategic thinker with a solution-oriented approach.
