Senior Inside Sales Manager

Job Description We are seeking a highly driven, strategic, and visionary Senior Sales Excecutive who is passionate about decentralized technologies and eager to play a central role in expanding our footprint across the global blockchain and Web3 ecosystem. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for sourcing, building, and nurturing business opportunities that align with our goals. This includes partnerships with Web3 protocols, crypto startups, NFT marketplaces, DeFi platforms, DAOs, and blockchain-based enterprises.You will also help craft go-to-market strategies, close revenue-generating deals, and shape the future of how blockchain-based services are adopted and scaled worldwide. Key Responsibilities Client & Partnership Acquisition: - Proactively identify and reach out to potential partners, clients, influencers, and collaborators in the blockchain space(DeFi, GameFi, NFTs, exchanges, etc.) - Manage the full sales lifecyclefrom lead generation and initial outreach to negotiations, closing, and ongoing account management - Establish strong relationships with VCs, accelerators,Web3 communities, cryptomarketing agencies, and other strategic entities Strategy & Market Expansion: - Design and execute scalable business development strategies tailored to each market segment (B2B, B2C, DAOs, etc.) - Research and map industry verticals and new blockchain use cases to uncover revenue-driving opportunities - Lead go-to-market planning and collaborate with founders, marketers, and developers to bring Web3 solutions to life Product Pitching & Custom Solutions: - Understand the needs of various clients and match them with our suite of offerings: - Tokendevelopment (utility, governance, reward) - Smart contracts and audit-ready blockchain architecture - NFTmarketplace setup and tokenization services - Custom dApps, DeFi protocols, wallets, and Layer 1/2 integrations - Collaborate with internal tech teams to design and propose tailored blockchain solutions that resonate with client objectives Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: - Minimum 3 yearsof Sales Executive, strategic partnerships, or B2B sales experience - At least 1 year of proven involvement in blockchain,Web3, crypto, NFT, or DeFi-related projects (startup, DAO, agency, or enterprise) Knowledge: - Blockchain fundamentals (smart contracts, tokens, consensus mechanisms) - Cryptocurrency and wallet mechanics(Metamask, cold wallets, etc.) - Tokenomics, NFTs, DAOs, Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocols, zk-rollups, and staking models - Market trends across sectors like DeFi, SocialFi, Real World Asset tokenization (RWAs), and cross-chain ecosystems Skills: - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client-handling abilities - Ability to structure complex deals and manage multiple stakeholders - Excellent pitch-building, storytelling, and demo-presentation skills - Data-driven with strong reporting and analysis skills - Proficiency in CRM tools,MS Office, Google Workspace, and blockchain research tools (e.g., Dune, Nansen, Etherscan, etc.)
