Job Summary : The Data Analyst with expertise in collecting, interpreting, and visualising data to deliver actionable insights. Skilled in identifying trends, optimising processes, and supporting data-driven decision-making across business functions. Responsibilities - Manually enter data from handwritten forms and sheets. - Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for data entry and management tasks. - Preferably use Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive for additional data management - Understand and adhere to data entry protocols and standards to ensure high-quality data management. - Collaborate with other team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency. - Regularly review and verify entered data to maintain a high level of accuracy. - Assist in generating reports and analyses based on the entered data as required. This will be done on Excel and Google sheet - To check overall CRM system quality by ensuring that the team is marking lead stages and follow ups correctly - Listen to few random calls of the team on a daily basis and report the findings to Head of the department - Any other ad hoc work given by Head of the department which increases the efficiency of the team. - To analyze and present the data to the Head of the department in such a manner that a decision can be taken. Preferred Skills - Proven experience in data entry or similar roles. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Basic knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive is preferred. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Good communication skills (written or in speech) and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Familiarity with CRM systems (Meritto) and data management software is an advantage Remuneration: (25k-27k/month) Negotiable and commensurate with skills and qualifications. Working Timings : Work from office only 9.00 am 6.00 pm (Monday to Friday) 10:00 am 5:00 pm (Saturday)
