We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in turning raw data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decisions, and driving business growth. Additionally, the candidate will leverage the latest AI technologies and tools to enhance business analysis and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources for analysis and reporting.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries using Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools.
- Use advanced Excel and Google Sheets formulas, pivot tables, and macros to streamline data analysis.
- Implement the latest AI and machine learning tools to automate data processing, improve forecasting, and enhance business insights.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven and AI-enhanced decision-making.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all data and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) and Google Sheets.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with AI tools, machine learning, or predictive analytics is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in data analysis, AI implementation, business intelligence, or market research is a plus.
