Job Description - Lead, drive and grow the online D2C business. - Drive revenue through Facebook and Google Ads - Drive PL through customer acquisition, retention, and growth of the business and a seamless customer experience online. - Responsible for the entire funnel flow on the website for customers and ensuring a high conversion rate average order value. - Work with marketing and creative teams to plan and develop online business plans and implementation. - Research industry trends and analyze site metrics and related data to improve the conversion rate and business growth. - Monitor site performance, speed, traffic, and conversion. - Should analyse metrics on Google Analytics - Create and manage methods for gathering and preserving online customer reviews. - Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences and reflect the organizations brand voice. - Plan, execute and measure experiments and optimize user funnels Preferred candidate profile: - 3-4 years of experience in managing D2C business, FMCG background would be an added advantage. - Proven track record of scaling a brand or a business within this space. - An inherent knack for customer delight, product, growth, and performance marketing across touchpoints. - Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams. - Resourceful, flexible, and hands-on in getting things done; problem solver. - Graduate/ Post-Graduate in the field of Digital Marketing
