Title Senior Manager/ DGM - Strategy Location Mumbai Experience Required 3-4 years for Senior Manager/ 5-6 years for DGM Reporting To Head Asset Management Strategy Job Description The role entails primarily asset management, business planning and internal strategic initiatives/assignments for business transformation and optimization. Specific responsibilities would be: Asset Management & Business Planning - To review the annual operating plan and the long range plan for the project/asset being managed by factoring in timelines, including approvals, launch, and construction, market sentiment in terms of pricing, structure of land related payments, pay out to private equity partner etc., with aim of efficient cashflow management and ensure adherence to key financial objectives of PBT, NPV, IRR etc. over the life cycle - Determine the key performance indicators for the project for the year and periodic review of actual performance with respect to these - Risk Management and Scenario analysis for optimising the business plan - Drive all cross functional and key business decisions related to the asset Strategic Assignments - Work with Strategy and Functional Heads on key strategic assignments for developing long term capability of the business for Godrej Properties to emerge as a sustained market leader. Examples of such assignments are reducing time to launch, ramping up execution capability, entry strategy for new markets etc. - Prepare the business analysis and scenarios - Work with a cross functional team to drive the recommendations and their implementation thereafter Qualifications And Skills Requirement - Undergrad from leading institutions (preferably civil engineer) - C.A. or MBA from Tier 1 (IIMs/ISB/FMS/XLRI) or international business schools - Atleast 2 years of Experience in Real Estate/ Infrastructure sector - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and business acumen - Sound understanding of financial modelling - Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint - Good teamwork skills to be able to contribute and drive cross functional assignments and decisions - Experience working with senior decision makers, or in corporate strategy roles or in tier 1 consulting firms preferred An inclusive Godrej Before you go, there is something important we want to highlight.
