Job Description About Us: Soul AI is a pioneering company founded by IIT Bombay and IIM Ahmedabad alumni, with a strong founding team from IITs, NITs, and BITS. We specialize in delivering high-quality human-curated data, AI-first scaled operations services, and more. Based in SF and Hyderabad, we are a young, fast-moving team on a mission to build AI for Good, driving innovation and positive societal impact. We are looking for a dedicated Biology Tutor for K10 Level to help students understand key Biology concepts and succeed academically. This is a remote, flexible opportunity where you can work on cutting-edge AI projects, applying your domain knowledge to refine AI's understanding and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Annotate and review AI-generated Biology content aligned with K10 curriculum standards. - Ensure accurate and age-appropriate explanations of topics like cell structure, genetics, and human anatomy. - Design prompts and evaluate AI responses for clarity, engagement, and educational value. - Provide feedback to enhance the AI's instructional quality and scientific accuracy. - Collaborate with AI teams to integrate best practices from K10 Biology education. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Biology, Education, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of K10 Biology curriculum and key topics. - Excellent communication and teaching skills. - Previous experience in tutoring or teaching Biology at the K10 level is preferred. - Familiarity with online teaching platforms is a plus.
