Vedantu is inviting passionate educators to join our One-to-One (OTO) teaching team as Freelance/Part-time Teachers. You will deliver personalized online classes to students from different boards and grades, ensuring conceptual clarity and academic growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct 1:1 personalized live online sessions via Vedantu's platform.
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to student needs.
- Maintain regular communication and feedback with students.
- Create a supportive and interactive learning environment
- Adapt teaching methods to meet student learning styles and academic goals.
- Participate in training sessions, practice demos, and feedback reviews.
- Maintain records of sessions and track student progress.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (B.Ed preferred)
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience (online or offline) is preferred but not mandatory
- Good subject knowledge and excellent communication skills in English/Hindi.
- Comfortable with technology and online teaching tools
- Own a laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection and good-quality camera/audio.
- Willingness to teach students from various boards and grades.
