sciences role leads the design and standardizes key reports generates key insights and reporting and defines the overall insights visualization strategy This enables faster decision making via standardized reporting automated services and the deployment of best-practice data visualization and reporting design across the business The visualization interaction sciences team should be the go-to resource for ad-hoc data preparation and data analysis translation of complex insights and dashboard design and deployment Who were looking for Primary Responsibilities Visualization Design Lead and establish best practices in data visualization design Report Design Design develop and automate recurring reports ensuring data accuracy and timeliness Dashboard Creation Develop and deliver dashboards reports and visual data outputs using tools like Power BI and Tableau Data Analysis Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support specific business needs Functional Collaboration Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making Data Oversight and Prep Oversee manual data preparation where needed and ensure alignment with business goals Data Preparation Prepare clean and structure data for accurate visualizations and reporting Corporate Impact Directly influences the achievement of operational goals of a team Level of Skill Influence without direct exercise of command persuasion required to effect change Primary Audience Internal Nature of Interaction Engages in communication with individuals who may hold differing perspectives but share a common storytelling through data Proven experience in managing visualization and reporting services Effective communication skills and ability to work across teams with a strong focus on stakeholder
