Some of the responsibilities include but not limited to: - Denodo Administrative Support - Business As Usual Support - Technical Infrastructure Management - Help/Share Best Practices with Developers - POC on New Feature/Functionality/Changes - Denodo Landscape Monitoring (system monitoring during business hours and weekend rotation from 5 AM to 5 PM PST) - Planned Downtime Support - Incident and Change Management - Capacity Management and Life Cycle Management - Service Level Reporting (SLR) /Monthly Operational Reporting (MOR) - Report Promotions - Code Review, Code Optimization and Platform Promotions - Data Sources Creation, Base view Creation/Refresh, Role Assignment, Service Account Creation/Setup, Implementation of Row/Column level security - System/Platform Upgrade Support - Vendor Coordination (collaboration with SAP vendor for standard SAP related issues) - Disaster Recovery Testing
