Some of the responsibilities include but not limited to:- Denodo Administrative Support- Business As Usual Support- Technical Infrastructure Management- Help/Share Best Practices with Developers- POC on New Feature/Functionality/Changes- Denodo Landscape Monitoring (system monitoring during business hours and weekend rotation from 5 AM to 5 PM PST)- Planned Downtime Support- Incident and Change Management- Capacity Management and Life Cycle Management- Service Level Reporting (SLR) /Monthly Operational Reporting (MOR)- Report Promotions- Code Review, Code Optimization and Platform Promotions- Data Sources Creation, Base view Creation/Refresh, Role Assignment, Service Account Creation/Setup, Implementation of Row/Column level security- System/Platform Upgrade Support- Vendor Coordination (collaboration with SAP vendor for standard SAP related issues)- Disaster Recovery Testing
