Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in Bengaluru South. The Account Executive will focus on driving business growth by developing strong relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities, and managing the sales cycle to meet targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting for leads, presenting customized solutions, negotiating contracts, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of DigiToad’s technology offerings, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence. Roles and Responsibilities: - Perform monthly bank reconciliation and creditors reconciliation. - Prepare monthly cash flow statements. - Assist in the preparation of financial statements as per the Companies Act. - Handle TDS calculations, TDS payments, and quarterly TDS return filing. - Prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B on a monthly basis. - Manage statutory payments and returns for PT, PF, and ESI. - Prepare core financial statements such as the profit & loss account and balance sheet. - Prepare MIS reports on a monthly basis. - Perform vendor reconciliation in Tally ERP 9, Zoho Books, and Zoho Inventory. - Handle accounting and bookkeeping activities. - Prepare monthly Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) reports. - Assist in end-to-end payroll processing, including salary computation, statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS), and monthly payroll reconciliation. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related fields. - Proficiency in using CRM tools and other accounting software tools - Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other financial regulations. - Experience with payroll processing and handling employee salaries. - Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
